Your Kingswells Community Council

The Kingswells Community Council is made up of local residents who volunteer their time to represent the views of the village. They act as a vital link between the community and Aberdeen City Council, raising local concerns and providing feedback on issues like planning, roads, public services, and local developments.
The Council also works to support community projects, events, and improvements—helping to ensure that Kingswells remains a safe, well-connected, and vibrant place to live.

Third meeting of the KCC Sunday 14th September 2025

The third meeting of the newly formed Kingswells Community Council (KCC) took place on Sunday, 14 September. The meeting opened with the announcement that one member had stepped down to personal commitments. The minutes of the previous meeting were then formally approved.

Update on Denview Bus Stop and Hail & Ride Proposal

KINGSWELLS COMMUNITY COUNCIL is pleased to provide an update regarding the new inbound bus stop on Old Lang Stracht, serving passengers travelling towards the city centre. This follows recent correspondence from the Kingswells Community Council requesting clarity on when the stop would become operational.
