Kingswells Community Council warmly invites all residents of Kingswells to attend its Community Forum and Annual General Meeting at the Public Hall on Sunday 8 February 2026.
The afternoon will focus primarily on an open Community Forum, providing residents with an opportunity to meet members of Kingswells Community Council, hear updates on current and upcoming activities, and share views on local priorities and community improvements. The Annual General Meeting will form a short formal part of the event, taking place from 2.30 pm to 3.00 pm, followed by the Community Forum from 3.00 pm until 5.00 pm.
The Community Forum will be informal in nature and designed to encourage open discussion. Residents will be invited to share ideas, raise issues, and provide feedback through discussion boards, a flipchart, and a suggestion box. Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be available throughout the afternoon.
The purpose of the forum is to listen to residents and gather views, rather than to make immediate commitments. Feedback received will help inform the work and priorities of Kingswells Community Council during 2026 and beyond.
