We’re delighted to announce that the new pontoon at the Duck Pond is now complete and open for everyone to enjoy.
This has been a fantastic community effort, and we’d like to thank everyone who gave their time, skills and support to help make it happen.
As part of the project, we’ve also re-profiled part of the pond edge to create a gentler bank, making it easier for anyone or indeed an animal to get out of the water should they accidentally fall in.
Please remember that the pontoon is used entirely at your own risk. Children should be supervised at all times, and extra care should be taken in wet, frosty or icy conditions.
We hope this will be enjoyed by the whole community for many years to come.
