Is anyone else as concerned as I am about the removal of the number 14 bus in February. My son uses this bus to get to Hazlehead Academy daily and as a family we use it to get to various appointments on Queens Road. I have written to Firstbus expressing my concerns but have had no reply. I am also worried that the number 40 and the 23 will not use the exisiting number 14 route therefore leaving some of us without a bus service at all.
If anyone has any more information on this change I would be grateful to hear it. Thanks

Yes, I think its pretty shabby. The Bridge of Don service to ARI has been saved. I only ever use the bus service in the evening and the bus is always at least half full by the time it gets to town. I believe the park-and-ride bus will come round the estate during the day. There are no details of the new 23 service on the First Bus website - if it goes via heathryfold it will take ages to get to kingswells.

The good news is that there will be no changes to the existing bus routes. The matter will be reviewed in 12 months. I visited the information bus on Thursday and the First website confirms this.
