Is anyone on BTBB experiencing frequent interuptions to service or is anyone on any other isp
having the same problem.
I would like to know because the problem could be with my internal connections or my PC.
Look forward to responses.

I also use BT as my provider and haven't noticed any problems recently. The service is still running very well through the green cabinets. Are you also using this service?
I just did a speed test at www.speedtest.net and got the following results:
Download - 6.21Mb/s
Upload - 0.24Mb/s
The service seems to consistently run at around these speeds.

Thanks for your response geo,yes I am on green cabinets. My speedtest figures are fine on speedtest.bbmax.co.uk down over 6m and up over 350. But just lately I am getting disconnections,I am wondering if the router has developed a fault or my PC is the problem as it is getting very slow and is in need of attention

I have another cry for help. Re my posting in august regarding intermittent loss of broadband connection from btbb.
At the moment my question is only to users of BT Broadband via green cabinets.
When I am connected my speed is usually over 6m down and over 3.5 up but for the past few weeks I am getting breaks in connection of up to 60 seconds several times a day between 0700 and 1800 mon to friday and all day sat and sun. I am not on line after 1800 mon to fri.
On the BT.COM website there is a forum to discuss problems with broadband connection and there are a lot of people having these difficulties.
Is there anyone else in Kingswells on green cabinets having problems?
