Alert
For those who like me have no internet light. A suggestion to try. I am connected with no internet light on my home hub. Link your home hub to the ethernet cable and plug into computer. Switch hub and computer off and after computer restarts, switch hub on again. Then open network connections and click on local area connection. You might have to disable and enable it again and then try opening your browser. I got through to a very nice man in India this morning using telephone number 0845 600 7030 and option 1 for email address tech help. He told me what to do and I am up and running with no internet light at all and no disk used at the moment. I'm too scared that I will lost my connection so intend to download software etc off the internet instead of the disk just in case. Ok will still have to be sorted sometime and it is a but unorthodox way of getting in, but it works for me the moment and I am hoping it works when I log off and on again. Might be worth a try for those of you who already have the broadband light on your hubs. Good luck.
