Got the order process right first day or ordering and then guess what, they lost the order !!!!! Apologies and all the rest of it, but they can't find what happened to it. I am getting really jealous of all of you who have it up and running. Roll on Thursday when they say they will get mine done now. Who's still in the waiting room ??

I'm still in the queue. Was set for 25th January but I have ISDN which is also causing issue. Order hasn't been cancelled though and there is the complaints man on it. Just a waiting game. He said there was a queue of 1500 people. I am not sure if that is the whole of the UK or just Kingswells :)

Im inthe waiting room, ordered with plus.net last Monday and have an activation date of this Saturday. A bit of a delay, but to be fair that was due to my bank confirming the DD than anything else. Will post back speed etc once known. Cant wait

Im delighted to report that despite a Saturday activation date - im up and running. Tried it out last night on one of the many routers / modems I have lying about the house and bingo 2 green lights. Quick call to plus.net to activate my account and the joys of 8mb broadband were there. Did a quick speed test and got just under 7mb down. Yipeee
