I contacted BT Openreach to hilite the problems that the residents of Kingswells are experiencing with ordering broadband through the new delivery service. They sent the following reply: "We are aware of the problem - as you know we wrote to all the ISPs in December advising them that orders could be accepted from 18 January - some of them appear to have done little to change their records or advise their staff. We are contacting them again to remind them that they should accept orders for Kingswells." Gec.
