Re Talk Talk Wait till you hear this one !! Person from Talk Talk phones BT Wholesale re CRF procedue. Person from BT Wholesale apparently tells Talk Talk that they can submitt a manual order but not to bother because you have TPON on your line and it won't work and you can't get Broadband. Think I better go before I start swearing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back again with another cracker ! Phoned the BT Wholesale Tag Department as suggested by another user. Their number is 08001690934. Surprise surprise they have never heard of our situation and the guy even said "I would be surprised if that were true" !!!!! You can't get Broadband over fibre optic cable. Unbelievable. I am off to go and lie down in a darkened room.

A glimmer of hope. I finally spoke to a supervisor within the Talk Talk Technical support. Whilst I was on hold he personally phoned BT who informed him that they were accepting my order. They apparently DO NOT have an issue with TPON on my line. He assured me that my order would progress. Well that's the best I can hope for at the moment. How are other Talk Talk customers getting on ????
