has anyone else got a letter from credit collection services asking for outstanding payment from Langreen ? They have asked for £23.99 which I had outstanding - ha I am still being asked to pay for a service that never happened, you have to admire these people.....

Be careful not to fall foul of such an organisation. Although you might consider it an overpayment, you could offer them £1 in full and final settlement of all outstanding monies due by you. If they accept your offer amd cash your cheque they have obtained a full legal settlement. If they then, by accident or design, continue to press for further payment or to seek judgement against you, you may have a case for damages against them.
