Just to set the record straight,Concraig gds 1-22 are Grampian Housing Association properties. Concraig Place was originally owned by them as well and let out on part ownership but many residents may well have bought outright now.

Grampian Housing tenants pay a monthly service charge to the landlord and I assume those funds are passed on to the factors. Since this problem with the factors started i have asked GHA on several occasions who is now responsible for attending to the common space around Concraig gds but the only reply I get is that they are seeking legal clarification.
