Wouldn't it be nice to see the community of Kingswells supporting this event? It's a chance for everyone to get together and enjoy a big party. You might even meet some of those neighbours you never normally have the opportunity to meet. I'm probably opening myself up for a deluge of sarcasm but it's a risk I'll take! The party is on Dec 17th from 4.30 - 8.00 (ideal time for those with children) There were no volunteers to organise an 8 'til late party for adults only, I'm afraid. Tickets available from the Community Centre. See you there?!

Will the hall be divided up to reflect peoples status, ie 5 bedroom detached 4 bedroom detached 3 bedroom detached Semi-Detached Terraced Housing Association House and... if lots of people drive to the community centre where will people from outwith Kingswells park to use the shops. Perhaps we could ask for raffle prizes from the various factors that have made so much money out of us ! No sarcasm intended !!!

Thanks, I'm glad to hear that! Some of us are working really hard to make sure it's a success this year too.

Have just been to the community centre christmas party with my 2 children aged 2 and 6. We had the MOST FANTASTIC NIGHT!!!.Congratulations to the party organisers and all that contributed to bringing the community a very festive and well organised evening. The visit from Santa was superb and the gifts that my children received were lovely. Thankyou so much to all involved for giving us a magical and special Christmas treat! We really appreciate all your hard work. The Geddes Family.x:msn_grin:

You are very welcome! I'm so glad you enjoyed yourselves. It was hard work but it's people like you who make it all worth while. Merry Christmas! Fiona (on behalf of all the workers!)
