year on year i pay alot of money for the up keep of the common garden areas, and year on year the management is never up to scratch. i am considering looking at a local maintenance company who will cut and maintain the common areas and use there initiative and if the see anything that looks out of place such as litter etc, then they will pick it up. How does everyone feel about handing this contract over to a reputable company that will take care of our community??
