| Is anyone else experiencing the same problems at there house and found a solution?
Over the last couple of months we have had regular interference with remote control items at the house, this includes the following: -
1. Remote control for the garage door, only working occasionally
2. Wireless bell, only working on occasions
3. TV remote, only working on occasions
4. Visitors car boot not operating by the remote control
5. Separate visitors car had to be locked by the key, as the remote didn't work
(Both visitors in points 4 and 5 state that this is the only place where it happens)
All of the above items have had their batteries changed incase this was the problem.
This problem, as stated, has only started over the past couple of months and is now getting very frustrating as there is no specific time the these occurrences happed.

| Would be helpful to know where you live, the problem is likely to be very localised.
You could report this to Ofcom www.ofcom.org.uk/advice/ifv/interference who deal with unauthorised use of the airwaves. However, as all the devices you mention use unlicensed RF bands then they're not likely to be interested.
I'm surprised about the TV remote acting up as well, as these typically use infra red and are unlikely to be affected by any RF interference.
Given that the rest of your problems are related to external devices, might be that your doorbell remote is playing up.
If all else fails wrap your house in wire mesh, that should cut out any external interference. |

| The bulk of rf equipment works on 2.4GHZ
Video senders, wireless pc networks, alarm systems....maybe think about that |
