Hello I am wondering if anyone has made any payments to The Property Management Company for the final bill they sent to residents? I did not pay it, as I was awaiting further information from the Residents Assoc, and I have had no reminders or any further correspondence. Could anyone advise whether I should pay them, or just wait? Advice gratefully received!:msn_grin:

1. I spoke to PMC in Early June & July and informed them the WRA did not believe that SMH had the right to employ them for our benefit and as such warned he would not receive payment from us. 2. Several Residents stated that at a meeting with SMH at the end of May SMH indicated that they would pay the costs for 2 months. 3. PMC was challenged to produce legal evidence to support their case why we are legally required to pay them , to date they have not responded. 4. The WRA shall keep proprietors fully informed of the situation if it develops , we would advise not paying PMC at this moment. G Morrison WRA Secretary
