Ive given up on black box & bag. Sorry, but twice having it left lying full at end of drive by the bin men whilst all the neighbours (10 yds away) were done demotivates me (outrage no doubt by some readers !!) I appreciate a 'one fits all' solution is very difficult, but my preference is a separate wheelie bin for say paper only and emptied once a month say, another bin for bottles/tins etc. However, I have space to store bins, others dont. The brown bins (I requested and got 2 and fill them both with grass) works great.
