Congratulations on achieving the impossible. There will be no surprise if SMH legal representitives stuff things up!!! Also this non payment is an issue that must be controlled carefully, the introduction off another factor should be avoided, but at least they will be under the control of the Association. I wonder what will become of the existing non payers ???
