Does anyone know the IDIOT from Coull Green (no disrespect intended to the decent residents who abide by the law) who set off the fireworks at approximately 00:20hrs and again at 01:30hrs on Saturday 27th October? If so call the Police or post it on this site to let everyone know who it is or they will just keep doing it to annoy everyone. As per the Kingswells News this IDIOT is breaking the Fireworks Act, implemented in Scotland in 2004, curfew on the general use of fireworks from between 11:00hrs and 07:00hrs. Why should the honest member of public have to put up with this nonsense, all it does is scare the pets and upset the children, come on all of you out there lets put a stop this this NOW.
