Author Messages Oldest First Newest First Ellier Posts:20 22 Oct 2007 05:39:13 Alert  Does anyone know who the idiot is that is driving around Kingswells every night between about half ten and half eleven on a moped usually at high speed and often using the lanes between the houses.(tyre marks on the grass give it away!)I have noticed the noise over the past few weeks and am concerned that if this person is using the lanes instead of the road how long will it be before someone is hurt?
