I thought we had got rid of these bloody parasites? Can they not just leave us alone ? I think the "bandit" Gill, is doing a bit of moonlighting with some stolen headed note paper. Next thing he will be demanding money !!!!! Into his account ?????

Saxon You really think you will get a refund!!!! We didn't pay for two years cos they didn't get the bill right and they tried billing us for the people who lived here before so we never paid. Not quite looking forward to them getting their act together. Actually - does anyone know if we can refuse to pay now that it has taken them so long - if and when they actually get it all finished that is?

Yes Maddie, My deposit plus 'float' paid in advance are greater than my final years bill, so a small refund is due..... Plus (more controvesial this) as a Wellside resident I should gain from the recalculation and reallocation of costs over Kingswells Phase 2 development. One thing is certain though sooner or later there is going to be a huge row about this.

It’s their legal requirement to keep everyone informed ref: enquiries@peverelscotland.co.uk Thanks Maddie, I will have to pay for the likes of you & all the other defaulters. But you will still be presented with a summons for your appearance at the small claims to settle your debt. It’s a Win Win Win for them…………

Don't worry Frank I've never actually had a problem with paying what I am due. I just refused to pay because they were asking me to pay for 5 years when I had only lived here for a few months and they wouldn't reduce their bill to us or accept part payment. Seems the previous owners never paid at all and they were determined to get it all from us. They even wanted us to provide our previous owners new address etc which we don't have and details of their solicitor etc etc etc, but still never sorted out the bill and now we are going to have to pay all ours in one go when it finally does come through. That just seems worse than paying it yearly.

never mind Maddie, it's been a complete shambles ever since the development of the Wellside Area. The Council & Stewart Milne Group have well & truly stiched everyone up... ownership & control of the "common land" was an issue that could have been fully resolved at the planning stage, with the cost of future maintanance etc, built into the house purchase price. But instead the village is divided by RA's & council services.
