Last Saturday someone's dog in Wellside Circle was barking continually until after 2am. The owners were either out, or are deaf. Also, on occasions when I am at home on a weekday, I always hear dogs barking because their owners are at work and they have been left on their own all day. These dog owners are both stupid and selfish. Their lifestyles obviously do not fit in with the responsibilities of owning a dog, and yet they get one anyway.

Buy a Superbark, when the dog barks it zaps it with ultrasound, the dog learns to associate barking with this noise and hopefully stops barking.

If you know the address report them to the RSPCA - they take these things very seriously these days. I'm round that area, and always home on weekdays and yep dog owner so lots of walking during the day around all the streets and have to say I don't really hear much in the way of dog barking at all. The odd bark or two and now and again for a little longer, but nothing to get excited about. The worst culprit for barking I came across was a bored yellow lab locked in a utility room all day but it escaped and went to a new owner. Yes there is a little yappy dog often out late for a pee, but can't see the issue, it's not a loud bark and the dog has to pee. Now my dog gets out to pee too before we go to bed, and will bark around 11 - 12 ish for a few minutes if there are other dogs out doing the barking call. Doesn't bother to bark if no friends to talk to. There is a world of difference in a dog which spends spells at home, but is let out frequently and walked often compared to one made to stay indoors all day in small spaces and not able to even get a toilet break cos selfish owners think it is ok to leave them all day alone. Be responsible if you report to RSPCA. If it is just an irritating bark once in a while for a few minutes - grow up and put up. If you have concerns about a dogs welfare then by all means report to RSPCA.
