Who is organising it and what it is for? Is this a group organised picnic for specific ages. If so, can you give us more info on what will be happening, who is going, what is needed if anyone wants to go etc? Sorry to have to ask this one. Is it a wind up?

it is just for fun, last year the children had a good time as long as all rubbish is picked up & no mess afterwards.
