I hear that it is due to a part ownership factoring dispute, ie who owns the property, which shares, and who should pay for the factoring. I do find this strange though as my sister lives in a part ownership scheme and her deeds clearly state that she is responsible for all factoring fees for her share and the local authority owned share. Guess they are in a dilemma if it is not in the deeds.

You'll never get the money off some of the tinks over there. They'll expect the cooncil to pick up the tab.

Why is it anything to do with the council when the owners have entered into a private contract with the developer after obtaining legal advice ?

To the person who thinks we are all tinks in Concraig, you obviously have something missing in your life that you feel the need to insult people doing nothing more than going about their daily duties. Maybe you should look to your own problems before passing judgement on others.

The area behind the Persimmon houses is unkempt aswell, does this mean us Stewart Milne, former Peveral paying, people were doing the Persimmon maintenance for free ?

Just to keep you all up to speed,on saturday 17 june at 0730,Findlay Clark,Gardeners to the rich and famous started cutting the grass at junction of concraig gds and kingswells crescent. They returned on Wednesday 21 june to tidy up. They are on contract to Grampian Housing Association who own some of the properties in Concraig Gds and place.

Walking through Concraig Gardens the other day I saw a sign saying don't play on this playground kit (or it could be use at your own risk) - it hasn't been maintained. Wouldn't have thought this would hold up should anything legal be brought against the street? Is it too much to expect kids to read & understand the sign, and is it neglect to know about the problem & not do anything about it?

If I remember my deeds correctly if you don't form a RA and ground maintenance isn't carried out then SMH or the council will carry out the work and bill the residents directly.

The grass behind the Barratt houses (Wellside Circle) is also overgrown, does this mean that Peverel were also previously maintaining this area and charging SMH residents for doing it ?
