[b][/b]Hello We were unable to attend the most recent Residents Assoc meeting. If anyone went, could they please advise on whether the fees were set for the grounds maintenance for 2006/7? I was under the impression that a proposal was being put forward for a flat fee of £50 twice a year. Was this confirmed? I want to know whether we should be paying anything in April or not. Look forward to your replies!

Hello Guest I can confirm that the fee notice shall be sent out in the next couple of weeks , It is correct that we are proposing a fee of £100 payable over two months, April & June however this will be finalised shortly. WRA
