Has anyone seen the jet patcher in Kingswells yet? The pothole at the junction of Kingswells Crescent and Kingswood Drive is getting bigger each time I look at it! Off to moan to the council as I have broken a spring in my car- £140 to fix!

Pot holes on that road appear to have been filled, dont know how they missed the one you are on about, maybe its too big!! Interesting to hear how you get on with the council. If the hole was reported prior to your mishap and the council had a reasonable time to repair it, you should be in with a good shout.

I think the general state of the roads in and around Kingswells are absolutely shocking. The jet patcher has been round the main streets, and made an absolute mess of the existing potholes. I draw

I bring attention to the junction at the top of my Street - Clova Park. There is hardly any existing road surface left, and it is really a 5mph drive through it to avoid the holes. I've reported this about 6 times to Aberdeen City council (as have my neighbours) and nothing has been done about it.

Well I needed two front springs at the cost of £280! Have logged my complaint - will wait and see!

I agree the pot holes are many and the patcher seems to have increased the problem, making the roads very uneven and quite lumpy in places.
Kingswells Avenue is terrible, especially the route the bus takes. If you are on a cycle you have to be looking a few feet in front of you just to avoid all the holes, and there are several big holes around the drains - an accident waiting to happen for a cyclist - broken bones.
