Option 2 I can smell a rat!!! It's very close to another one of SM proposed future developments? With the relocation of an existing industrial site to the Westhill industrial park.

I for one welcome new build's to Kingswells. Why would we want the Village to stop growing? New housing brings more revenue for Aberdeen city Council, and More housing = need for more services. I for one would welcome a well placed Dental Surgery. It is if close to Future SM Developments, then one could only but assume that SM Homes must have some 'part funding' as scope of their last lot of house builds?

Yeah lets spend a fortune building a foot path to Bucksburn. The roads a joke and there's no bus service.
