Hi all, I've been in touch with the First Group and here's what they had to say : ....."Our customer services team have forwarded me your recent email regarding the proposals for changes to the bus service in Kingswells. At this stage we are consulting on these changes to see how they might be received by our customers and no firm decisions have as yet been made. We will of course take on board your comments about the loss of the link to ARI. I would add that as part of these proposals, we would aim to make it easy to catch a service 14 in Kingswells Village and change onto a service 40. This would be achieved at either Fairley Road or the Park and Ride site and would be facilitated by a "switcha" style ticket, that would mean customers would only have to make one transaction on service 14 and their ticket would also be valid on the Park and Ride. We will be making a final decision on these changes in the new year and will ensure that appropriate communication goes out to our customers." Kind regards Ben Gilligan MILT Operations Director Me again..... Well what do you all think about that then ? I'm still not happy. :msn_hmm: :msn_confu
