I've tried contacting ACC regarding the broken fence panel but...no joy. Could someone please tell me if Wellside Road has, or is part of, a residents association? If so does the fence at the end of the road belong to you or is it ACC property? Many thanks, Wellside

Wellside road has no residents association, i'm not sure which fence panel you are refering to so cant say.

It's the panel right at the bottom of the road, by the roundabout. It backs onto the lane that runs from the play park down towards Concraig.

Interesting to know my Folks bought a House in Wellside Road, and they were wondering if Aberdeen City Council upkeep the area or if there is community charge. haha on that note! Not long until their closer to me! haha
