Subject: Common areas eyesore

There are some parts of Kingswells where the local residents appear not to have emraced their responsibilities in regard to the upkeep of the common areas. The untidy appearance is an eyesore and lowers the general appearance of the area. The majority of the residents keep their designated area tidy. I am not aware of any reason why some areas should be left to run wild. Can I ask the residents responsible for these mini nature reserves to stand up to their responsibilities and deal with the mess.
